Returns
Due to the perishable nature of dates and food products, we do not accept returns.
Replacements
Product replacement is permitted only under the following two conditions:
- Product Defect: Replacement applies if there is a manufacturing or quality defect in the product itself. This does not cover delays in shipment pickup caused by the customer or damages resulting from third-party shipping companies.
- Order Error (e.g., incorrect item received): Please contact us via WhatsApp at +971 56 808 9424 within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will process your request according to our internal procedures.
Important Notes on Replacements:
- Unopened Packaging: Products cannot be replaced if the outer packaging has been opened. Items must remain sealed and in their original, unused condition.
- Required Documentation: Your replacement request must include:
- Order number.
- A detailed deion of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the product's condition upon arrival (in cases of defect or wrong item).
- Inspection Rights: The company reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the reported product based on the nature of the issue and team discretion. This inspection is a prerequisite for completing any replacement process.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been completed.
